Welcome to The Pure Sleep, where effective snoring solutions meet innovation and quality.
The inventors of PureSleep and the founders of The Pure Sleep Company have developed a truly affordable and effective treatment for snoring that's easy to get and comfortable to use. PureSleep was the first mandibular repositioning device (MRD) available to the general population without having to go to a doctor to get a prescription.
PureSleep offers a patented anti-snoring mouthpiece designed to address the root causes of snoring by gently adjusting your jaw position during sleep. This simple yet effective approach helps to open your airway, allowing for smoother airflow and reducing the vibrations that lead to snoring. Our device is crafted from high-quality materials, ensuring durability and comfort throughout the night.

DOUGLAS FENTON
Co-Inventor of PureSleep
Douglas Fenton, DDS is the founder of Cosmetic Dentistry Associates in San Francisco, California, and has been a member of the American Dental Association, the San Francisco Dental Association, the American Sleep Disorders Association, the Sleep Disorders Dental Association, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. He suffered from severe snoring himself, and used an expensive, custom-fabricated mandibular repositioning device (MRD) to treat it. He wanted to use the same thing to treat patients but most could not or would not spend so much, so he invented the PureSleep MRD, which was simple, reliable and affordable.
Dr. Fenton graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry where he has the distinction of having been accepted directly from a community college, Santa Monica City College. -

NOEL LINDSAY
Founder & President
Noel Lindsay founded Sleep Science Partners, Inc. (SSPI) in 2005 and is the Chairman and CEO. Noel's personal battle with chronic snoring led him to seek out a noninvasive treatment that would allow him to regain quality sleep. After much searching, he became acquainted with the inventors of PureSleep, Dr. Douglas Fenton, DDS, and the late Dr. Bernard "Buzz" Kramer, MD, an ear, nose and throat specialist. Noel now sleeps well every night with the assistance of his PureSleep device. His entrepreneurial passion led him to launch SSPI which licensed the PureSleep device to make it more affordable and widely available to other chronic snorers seeking relief.
Prior to founding SSPI, Noel worked as a consultant and venture capitalist. He worked in investment banking for Hambrecht & Quist (now part of JPMorgan), Deutsche Bank, and Thematic Investments where he served as President. A serial entrepreneur, Noel helped start Crescendo Communications, which invented the key technology used in the "Fast Ethernet" standard and was an early developer of LAN switching systems - both now universally deployed. When Crescendo was acquired by Cisco Systems in 1993, Noel evangelized the new products throughout Cisco's worldwide sales and marketing organizations. Noel also did product marketing for Sun Microsystems, designed communications systems at Hughes Aircraft and flight guidance and control systems at McDonnell Douglas.
Noel has a B.S. in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business. -

For decades, dentists have been providing a safe, effective snoring solution, called a mandibular repositioning device or MRD. They are comfortable, durable and effective, but are individually fabricated to each patient's teeth, so they cost thousands of dollars. PureSleep is mass-produced, allowing it to cost far less, yet PureSleep is designed, manufactured, marketed and supported right here in USA and its patented design uses the highest-quality American materials. You can be confident in the quality of the product and services you get from The Pure Sleep Company.
The Invention of PureSleep
PureSleep was originally conceived by its inventors, a dentist named Doug Fenton and an ear, nose and throat specialist, Bernard "Buzz" Kramer.
Buzz treated patients who snored with a common surgical procedure, but it was too expensive for most people and the recovery was long and painful -- and symptoms would often return after a year or two. Doug told Buzz that he had been treating patients with a type of dental mouthpiece called a mandibular respositining device or MRD, and that it was comfortable and highly effective. However because MRDs were custom-made in a dental lab and required a lot of the dentist's time, they cost thousands of dollars. So Doug and Buzz developed a totally different type of MRD that could be mass-produced inexpensively but custom-fitted to each person, much like an athletic mouthguard. PureSleep was born, but at that point it was only used by Doug and Buzz and a few other doctors.
PureSleep Without a Prescription
Doug and Buzz then met Noel Lindsay, who had just paid thousands of dollars to get a custom MRD, but thought it was worth every penny. Noel immediately recognized the potential to bring PureSleep to millions of people, desperate for an affordable solution to their snoring. The Pure Sleep Company was founded, making PureSleep the first MRD available directly to the general public without having to see a dentist or physician. Even though PureSleep was a prescription medical device, The Pure Sleep company worked with Doctors Fenton and Kramer, as well as its medical and dental advisors and a team of prescribing dentists to launch an innovative web-based algorithm to determine who should be prescribed PureSleep and to conveniently facilitate that prescription.
Today, PureSleep is one of the just a handful of devices that have been cleared by the FDA for over-the-counter (OTC) use, meaning that it may be legally sold without a prescription.
